This position paper focuses on a sustainability issue we face or experience while moving through the neighborhoods, schools, and workplaces we live in. We also had to take a position on how Governor Hochul’s FY 2022-2023 plan. Our goal is to bring awareness and urgency to the problem so the governor can
address it expeditiously.
